Refund & Return Policy

1) Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2) How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@metehankabaltd.com with your order number and reason. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4) Non-Returnable Items

Some items such as personal care products, perishable goods, or customized items are not eligible for return for hygiene or personalization reasons.

5) Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
